Our contribution to this extraordinary project led to the excavation and installation of the power, propulsion and low voltage raceways to complete a segment of the project from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3. It consisted of (14) 5" and (4) 4" rebar and concrete encased conduit system and more than 16 manholes.

Normal Schedule
Over 10,000 linear feet of both trenching for direct buried DC and AC installation. The trenches ranged between 24" up to 9' wide. Installed multiple layers of shading and bedding to accommodate multiple layers of installation such as DC, AC, Fiber Optics and grounding. This equated to over 3,200 yards of bedding and shading material to complete a 10.9 megawatt generation system.

Provided trenching for primary, secondary and low voltage infrastructure. Installed medium voltage, service raceways and finished with communication conduit installation. This took collaboration with the Core of Engineers to ensure all specification worked properly and in conjunction with the local utility providers.

In conjunction with the utility provider APS (Arizona Public Service). Our responsibility consisted of trenching for a new Primary and Secondary feed. This included but no limited to the trenching in a highly congested area with critical paths. We installed all underground conduit systems to the specification required by the utility provider.
