When Premier Underground Construction earns a client’s trust, the Pre-Construction Department ensures that a Project Hand-off is completed as it is a critical milestone between the Pre-Construction Department and the Operations Department, this ensures that there is a seamless transition between departments and ensures that the clients requests , schedule and needs are included in a contract to the Operations Department where it will then move to the operational phase.
