PROJECT SITE VISITS
At Premier Underground Construction, it is of utmost importance that all projects are visited to ensure that the Premier quality expectations are met, and clients receive the results they anticipate. Quality Control site visits act as a proactive approach to ensure the project is on budget and on schedule as well as monitoring to adjust direction, if needed, rather than having to entirely redo certain tasks.

REPORTING
Quality Control Reports are used as a form of communication and documentation for site visits conducted to discuss and correct any deficiencies that may have been identified during the visits. These reports are also used to aid the implementation of the 20-60-20 rule and further training to avoid continuous and/or similar quality deficiencies.

COACHING
03.
The Quality Control department plays an important role in the final phase of a project's life cycle during the project close out. This is expected to take place with a final walkthrough between the operations team and the quality control team to ensure that the Premier work performed is meeting the client and Premier expectations.

Premier Underground Construction ensures that all departments have updated standards and procedures to ensure there is increased productivity, better quality service, efficiency within the company and customer satisfaction. Compliance verifies and updates these standards to ensure that all company rules, values and benefits are clearly outlined.
Departmental process flows are essential for the company to improve efficiency in the process and to provide a visual expectation of the department process. This allows Premier to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process.
Internal Audits are important to Premier as these provide an independent assurance that the company's internal control processes are operating efficiently and to identify areas of improvement or changes for better internal and external service.
